Bubbles is an Android app that helps you keep a sourdough starter alive: feeding reminders, health checks that explain what your starter is actually doing, guided rescue plans, and recipes with step timers.
Your baking data stays on your phone.
Every starter, feeding and bake is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server. Core tracking works offline. Optional rewarded ads and account sign-in require an internet connection.
How access works
- Your first starter and a selection of recipes are always free
- Additional starters and some recipes can be unlocked with optional rewarded ads
- Banner ads are off by default — you choose whether to enable them
- Accounts are optional — continue as a guest or sign in with Google or email
